These are the rates we are proposing for the coming season. They have not been finalised, and the rate you are quoted when you book is the rate that counts. Check availability below, or phone Theo and he will confirm.

Rate card version: Phase 1 floor. The rate confirmed at the time of booking is the one that applies.
What the rate includes
- Self-catering — you bring your own food, meat and firewood
- Access to 30 km of internal farm roads, which you drive yourself
- The swimming pool, the bomas and the Kudu Lapa
- Access to both dams — ask Theo about the fishing rules
- The bird hide at Kingfisher Dam
What it does not
- Meals — there is no restaurant, and the nearest shops are in town
- Firewood and charcoal — bring your own
- Guided game drives — game viewing here is self-drive
